This is not a Stimulus Bill & Over 300 Economists Agree

Over 300 economists agree that the current stimulus bill will not stimulate the economy:
http://www.cato.org/special/stimulus09/cato_stimulus.pdf. History has shown over and over again that increased government spending does not pull economies out of recession or depression. As I have said in previous posts, the way government can provide an environment for economic growth is lower the tax burden on individuals and corporations and remove impediments to work, invest and produce.
