Backing into Socialized Health Care with Stimulus

I am not sure that all of the Senators know what exactly is in the Stimulus Bill. If they take a close look they will see that significant changes will be made in our health care in the United States. Basically, with this Stimulus Bill a new health care bureaucracy will be created, the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology. This bureaucracy will monitor medical treatments in order to make sure that your doctor and/or hospital is doing what the federal government deems appropriate and cost effective. Now that is truly scary. Also, hospitals and doctors that do not utilize this system in a “meaningful way” will face penalties.
